RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and can reassure you that your goods are carefully picked and packed with care to guarantee they arrive safely at your nominated delivery address in mint condition.
We understand the importance of buying collectables in pristine condition and strive to maintain this quality.
1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on trading cards and related products within 5 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Some items may be excluded from this policy, including but not limited to, items marked as "Sale."
1.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecollectorsdealer.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
1.3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1.4. IMPORTANT - The Collectors Dealer, will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged products if Australia Post choses to leave the parcel at the property. This is up to the discretion of the receiver to be home when the parcel is due to arrive. No refund will be offered.
1.5. The Collectors Dealer, will also not be liable for any lost orders caused by Australia Post during transit. No refund will be offered.
1.6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
2.1. Eligibility for Exchanges: We accept exchanges on trading cards and related products within 5 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Some items may be excluded from this policy, including items marked as "Sale."
2.2. Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at support@thecollectorsdealer.com.au with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and details on how to select the replacement item.
2.3. Exchange Shipping Costs: If exchanging for a different item, the cost of shipping the new item will be covered by the customer. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
3.1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@thecollectorsdealer.com.au within 5 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference and availability of the item if The Collectors Dealer sees fit.
3.2. IMPORTANT - The Collectors Dealer, will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged products/parcel if Australia Post choses to leave the parcel at the property. This is up to the discretion of the receiver to be home when the parcel is due to arrive. No refund will be offered.

3.4. Refunds or exchanges for damaged/defective items will only be issued if the item is returned in the same condition it was received. The Collectors Dealer will cover the return shipping costs, provided we expressly approve the return. It is crucial to contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged/defective product.
3.5. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@thecollectorsdealer.com.au within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference and availability of the correct item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1. Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

5. Change of Mind
5.1. The Collectors Dealer does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
6. Order Cancellation
6.1. You may request a 100% refund for orders that have not been shipped or up to 24 hours from when the order has been placed. To cancel your order, email us immediately, and your payment will be refunded through the same payment method used during checkout within 5 to 10 business days.
6.2. Please note that a 10% handling fee will apply due to the associated fees charged by the companies to us in these circumstances.
7. Signature on Delivery and Transit Costs
7.1. If both Signature on Delivery and Transit Cover is not selected and paid for on either Standard or Express Delivery, The Collectors Dealer does not take responsibility for lost orders, and no refund will be offered. For more more details, please see Shipping Policy.
8. Refunds
8.1. All refunds are at the discretion of The Collectors Dealer. Unless an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised, you are not entitled to a refund.
8.2. In the event of a refund, it will be processed in the same manner and currency as the original payment, made by Credit Card.
8.3. Credit Card Refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase in Australian Dollars (AUD). It can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on the statement. If the card is expired or cancelled, the refund will be made through Bank Transfer
8.4. Please note that all Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
